Being able to protect yourself is no longer an option – it’s a duty. Violence, assaults and exceptional situations are a reality. Those who are prepared act clearly. Those who are trained survive.

Our self-defense program

Simple. Direct. Brutal.

Our “Guard” self-defence program is system-independent, practical and accessible to everyone. It is based on over 40 years of martial arts practice and follows the Fairbairn method: realistic, direct and uncompromising.

We train your awareness, help you to recognize your behaviour in dangerous situations – and work according to principles such as sight, breath, mobility, not a variety of techniques.

What we offer: Scenario training with simple, functional techniques. Not martial arts. Not a substitute for your weekly training – but the ideal supplement.

Our three levels:
Essential – Street Combatives: Basics for self-protection and close combat.
Fundamental – Guard Modules: Tactical defense and control techniques.
Integral – Quick Response & Gun Retention: self-defense and weapon retention.

Every training session includes an awareness block, because distancing is better than fighting – and fighting is better than dying.

Training content

Our approach is informal and an impulse for awareness and application. If you want to seriously assert yourself, there’s no getting around regular martial arts training – that’s where the foundations are laid.
