Fitness is your first duty. There are no excuses, no compromises. Your physical performance determines whether you are a burden or a supplement. It’s up to you whether you are prepared – or whether others have to fight for you.
Physical resilience is the basis of any operational capability – both in everyday life and in an emergency.
Operational athletics does not train for fair-weather fitness, but for real-life scenarios: Strength, endurance, mobility and mental toughness.
With the M.P.E. concept, kettlebell quick programs and events such as the RUCKRUN or the 48h SOS Run, you systematically build yourself up – and test your limits.
Not for the competition. But for you.
Functional, efficient and sustainable – for real strength and clear readiness.
Functional strength for everyday life and use
M.P.E. is a sustainable training concept for better health, quality of movement and resilience – without classic fitness myths or outdated training methods. Instead of machines and isolated exercises, M.P.E. focuses on functional movements, technical exercise execution and basic motor training.

One event. One goal. Your personal benchmark.
The RuckRun Winter March is no ordinary march – it is a challenge for body, mind and team spirit. Two stages of 10 km each, at least 10 kg of marching load per person and the task of acting tactically clever and mentally strong in a team of two. A touchstone for the new year.
For whom?
For anyone aged 16 and over who is ready to leave their comfort zone and put their mental and physical strength to the test – with no excuses.
What you can expect:
Stage 1 – The day of strategy
Equipped with a map and coordinates, you plan your route, determine posts and prove your navigation skills. The focus is on teamwork, orientation and strategic thinking.
Stage 2 – The march in the night
Without any aids, using only your memory, you approach the same posts again – this time in the dark. The order remains the same, but the challenge increases. Headlamps are allowed, but a sense of direction and mental strength count more.
Your benefits:
– You strengthen discipline, stamina and focus
– You practise strategic thinking under pressure
– You develop real team spirit
– You draw clear lessons for the coming year
Conclusion:
At the end, there is a fire, hot soup and sharing in the community. But the real value lies in your journey there.
