The ability to act is not a matter of luck – it comes from preparation. In a crisis situation, it’s not who waits that counts, but who acts. Taking responsibility as a family means learning together how to react calmly, clearly and effectively – whether at home, on the road or out in nature.
Our emergency training courses for families are not events, but practical experiences that strengthen you as a team. You will learn simple but important skills: Orientation, first aid, protection, fire, water, communication. It’s not about perfection, but about the ability to act – for young and old.
Your everyday life is already the best training ground – our job is to give you the necessary knowledge and the right tools.
Because in an emergency, preparation makes all the difference.
The question is not whether something will happen. But rather:
Is your family ready?
Safety concerns us all – and it starts with the family.
With our emergency package, we provide you as a family with an easy and practical introduction to safety training. Whether parents, children or grandparents – we have the right approach for everyone.
Our integral modules prepare you specifically for violence, crises and disasters. The content is based on the four priorities of Plan B: physical fitness, mental and physical resilience, emergency medicine and protection and defense through simple and effective self-protection techniques.
The emergency package for families combines all key topics in a compact format. And if individual family members would like further training in certain areas, additional training courses or individual modules can be booked flexibly at any time.
Our awareness training is a compact 2-hour impulse event that is specially designed to raise your awareness of risks and dangers. This seminar is aimed at small groups, private individuals, companies and schools and can be used flexibly for groups of up to 20 people.
24-hour safety training for the whole family
An intensive weekend for parents, couples and families to be prepared together for violence, crises and disasters.
We train emergency medicine, self-protection, resource provision, SOS survival, awareness – and think of two scenarios: at home (stationary) and on the road with the vehicle (on the road), e.g. on vacation.
Children and dogs welcome (separated for children during shooting training). For every age group. For every family.
Family First – because preparation protects families
This two-day workshop combines two essential skills: the safe use of firearms for self-defense – and first aid for life-threatening injuries.
Day 1: Defense with a pistol
You will learn how to use a pistol safely and efficiently – from the basics to realistic defensive shooting. Handling, movement, communication and decision-making in threatening situations are practiced.
Day 2: Emergency medicine for gunshot and stab wounds
In the medical part, you will learn how to stop critical bleeding, recognize shock and react correctly under stress – with lots of practice, artificial blood and realistic scenarios.
Suitable for:
People with or without shooting experience, couples, individuals – anyone who does not want to be helpless in an emergency.
What you can expect:
Practical training in two groups
Clear processes, clearly explained
Experienced trainers from emergency and rescue services
No excessive demands – but competence for real life
Two days. Two crucial skills. One goal: to create safety – for yourself and others.
Burglary, threats, loss of control – those who are prepared protect what is important to them.
Our home defense training shows you how to make your home safe, recognize dangers early on and react correctly in an emergency.
You will learn in three practical training phases:
Preparation: safety systems, behavior, neighborly help.
Acute action: Secure rooms, assess the threat, protect the family.
Self-defense & escape: tactical behavior, emergency measures, safe room, scenario training.
Goal: Create security – for you, your loved ones and your home.
Realistic, clear, practicable – suitable for every living situation.
A day-long power outage can affect anyone – and completely unbalance our networked society. The Plan B Blackout Simulation prepares you realistically and practically for precisely this scenario.
In three clearly structured phases, you will learn what counts in an emergency:
Phase 1 – Preparation: securing resources, planning structures, building the community.
Phase 2 – The blackout: Maintaining supplies, taking responsibility, organizing cooperation.
Phase 3 – Living in a blackout: coping with everyday life, safeguarding health, persevering together.
Goal: To be able to act independently – for yourself, your family and your environment.
No theory. No panic. Just practical survival training – for the moment that should never happen, but can happen at any time.
Be ready when you need to be. Security and independence in emergency situations.
